simplurestudio.com is the storefront for Simplure LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site describes the studio and what we build. Its content is general information, not a contract, an offer of guaranteed results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Anything we actually build for you is defined and priced in a separate written proposal or agreement that we both sign, and that agreement governs the work.
Prices and the free teardown
Prices shown on the site, for example tiers starting from $1,500, are starting points and can change. The figure that applies to your project is the one in your signed proposal. The free teardown is offered at our discretion, carries no obligation on either side, and is informational; it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Our brand and content
The site design, the Simplure name, the Full Stop mark, the copy, and the other materials here belong to Simplure LLC. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. GenerateCoverLetter.com, referenced here, is our own product.
Links to other sites
We link to our own product and to a third-party scheduling tool for booking calls. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
The site is provided “as is”
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Simplure LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
